Working as a real estate professional in Central Texas since 1974 has equipped Emily Petty with experience and insight to benefit each of her clients. Since moving from Austin to Hunt in 1996, she has specialized in homes and land for sale along the Guadalupe River as well as ranches and farms in the surrounding Texas Hill Country.
Emily graduated in 1979 from the Study of Advanced Real Estate Subjects at Texas A&M University. She and her husband Bill have four children and six grandchildren. They are active members of the Hunt United Methodist Church and are very involved in the wider Hunt community. Emily enjoys reading, gardening and walking on the beach whenever possible.
Emily Petty has served on the Kerrville Board of REALTORS®, as well as on the Education Committee. She also served Board of Directors and as President (2006) on the Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC)/Governmental Affairs Committee. She is in her third term on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of REALTORS®. Emily is also the President of the West Kerr County Chamber of Commerce and 2nd Vice President of the Hunt Garden Club.
